The support page (How to use multi-floor maps? - Dreame Support (zendesk.com)) says you must move both the robot and the charging base to the corresponding floor or new environment, which doesn't seem to be ideal. Make sure the charging base is connected to a power source and place the robot on it to ensure it's ready to go
